We are located in beautiful southwest Louisiana and fish the great Calcasieu Lake Estuary (locally known as Big Lake) which is 2 1/2 hours east of Houston, 3 1/2 hours south of Shreveport and 3 hours west of New Orleans. We offer options from sight fishing for redfish with flies or light tackle, to fishing the reefs in the area lakes and bays for redfish, speckle trout and flounder.
All of our guides are United States Coast Guard and Louisiana licensed. We have more than 35 years experience fishing onthe Calcasieu Estuary.
For morning trips, we like to leave the launch site at safe light to take advantage of the early morning tailing red fish and fish until 2:00 or 3:00; 1/2 day trips return at 10:00. 1/2 day afternoon trips leave the dock around 3:30 and fish until dark.
Accomodations can be arranged.

All bookings require a $100 deposit (check or cash). No trip is booked until the deposit has been received. A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit. Balance of fees are due at the end of the trip. Arrangements can be made for pickup and drop off from local hotels. |
