With a piece of Lake Michigan bordering the northwest, the Ohio River bordering the southeast, and miles of tributaries, Indiana has plenty of fishing waters. The section of Lake Michigan bordering Indiana is loaded with trout and salmon. Most of Indiana’s state record trout and salmon have been caught in this section of Lake Michigan, and a state record catfish was caught in the Ohio River. Indiana has lakes all over the state that are plentiful with bass, bluegill, crappie, perch, pike, and walleye. |
